Eligibility

You must meet all of these

18–26 years old
Resident of Cook County, Illinois
Enrolled in a certification or trade school
Completed at least 50% of your program
Completed 20 hours of community service
Not a past ALBJ Foundation scholarship recipient
Able to attend the ALBJ Foundation Scholarship Award Ceremony

Recommendation letter from a school administrator * Must verify that you are currently enrolled and have completed at least 50% of your program.

Proof of completed community service * A letter, certificate or signed record showing your 20 hours.

Applications cannot be accepted without your recommendation letter, essay, and proof of completed community service.
